WHITE MEDIUM "KAROLINA" RICE - FOR RISOTTO
Greek white medium grain rice, grown by a selected group of farmers in Serres. Lais-Karolina is one of the favorite rice varieties in Greece. This rice absorbs liquids easily while keeping the kernel intact, thus making it ideal for use in risotto.
